What is LNT®?
La Nueva Terapia LNT® is an energy-based therapy aimed at supporting balance on a physical, emotional and energetic level.
According to the LNT® approach, energy work can accompany different processes related to physical and emotional wellbeing, as well as personal situations connected with stress, fears, insecurities, blocks or patterns that may affect our sense of wellbeing.
One of the foundations of LNT® is becoming aware of our energetic dimension and working from that perspective to encourage balance and personal wellbeing.
La Nueva Terapia LNT® does not replace medical treatment and supports the progress and study of medicine and science.
