About me

From Norway to Málaga, a change of path

I was born in Norway and have lived in Spain for more than thirty years. For many years I worked in the dental sector, both in clinics and laboratories.

Over time, the pace and stress of everyday life led me to look for another way of living. My first retreats and meditation opened a path that led me to train in kinesiology, Reiki and finally La Nueva Terapia (LNT®), now a central part of my practice.

That change also brought us to the countryside in Casabermeja, where Cortijo Vista Azul was born. For me it represents the possibility of creating a place for calm, nature and connection.
